How our service contracts work

Conclude service contract
You simply sign a service contract with us that meets the needs and requirements of your company.

Assign monthly tasks
Via Slack, Trello, Teams, by email or by phone, you can let us know at any time during the term of the service contract which tasks need to be completed.

Allocate resources
We schedule the necessary employees for the desired tasks. The tasks will be completed during the month. We are happy to consider individual deadlines, just contact us.

Complete tasks
We work through the tasks independently and let you know as soon as they are done.

Create & send timesheet
At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice listing the hours so you can track which project you used how many resources for.
