2 weeks. Fixed price. Shipped.
For anyone who needs a concrete piece of software — but not a months-long proposal and not an open-ended hourly tab. One clearly defined goal, one fixed price, one fixed date: after two weeks a working result is on the table. After each sprint you decide whether we keep going. From 2.900 € per sprint.
A sprint is a fixed block.
A clearly scoped deliverable, a fixed date, a fixed price. You know up front what you get — instead of an open-ended hourly account.
- Fixed scope, fixed date, fixed price
- Daily transparency — you see the progress
- Delivered in about 2 weeks
- The code is yours — repository, hosting & docs included
- Optional audit sprint up front — credited against any follow-up

A fixed-price sprint vs. an open hourly account.
An open hourly account rewards slowness. A fixed-price sprint rewards shipping.
Three sprint formats.
Each format has clear scope, a clear date, a clear price. You book — we build.
- Tech audit (performance, security, SEO)
- Architecture sketch for the follow-up sprint
- Effort estimate with a range
- 2-week turnaround
- Credited against a follow-up engagement
- 1 working feature or plugin
- Daily updates & Loom videos
- Staging environment incl. code repo
- Live deployment at the end of the sprint
- 4-week guarantee
- Bigger projects across 2 sprints
- Quarterly roadmap workshop
- Discovery + build combined
- Maintenance optional from sprint end
- Fixed price per double sprint
When a sprint fits.
A specific feature is missing from WP/Woo/Typo3 out of the box.
E.g. multi-warehouse routing, B2B tax rates, custom checkout fields. Clearly scoped.
Connect an external system — cleanly.
ERP (SAP, JTL), CRM, carrier API, PIM systems, payment providers.
Prove out a small use case first.
Lead scoring, doc chat, email triage. A working prototype on staging.
What might still hold you back.
01Fixed price sounds good — but will I actually get what I need in those two weeks?
That's why the goal is scoped precisely before every build sprint — and if the picture is unclear, in an audit sprint first (2.900 €). You know before we start what will be on the table at the end. Fixed price means I carry the risk of a miscalculation, not you.
02What if my project can't be finished in two weeks?
Then it's cut into several sprints — each with its own goal and its own fixed price (multi-sprint programme from 17.900 €). You get a usable interim result after each sprint instead of waiting months for the whole thing.
03You're a single founder — what if you're unavailable?
That's exactly why every sprint is built to be handed over: a standard stack instead of exotic tools, clean and tested code, documented architecture and deployment — and the repository is yours. Any competent developer can carry on without me. You're never chained to one person.
04What if I later want to continue in-house or with another provider?
Then you take the code, the docs and all access with you — it's yours anyway. I deliberately build in no dependency that locks you to me. Good work doesn't need a lock-in clause.
05What if we realise mid-project that we need to change course?
That's exactly what the sprint format is for: you decide after each sprint what gets built next. New insight flows straight into the next goal — you're not stuck in a rigid monthly plan no one wants to touch.
06What if one sprint isn't enough?
Then we add another sprint or move to the multi-sprint programme. You decide after each sprint — no minimum term, no pressure.
07How binding is the fixed price?
Fully. The price and delivery date in the offer are fixed for the defined scope. Scope changes are discussed transparently before anything is billed.
08Is the audit credited against a follow-up order?
Yes. Book a build or multi-sprint after the audit sprint and we credit the full audit fee — making the audit effectively risk-free.
09What do I need before we start?
Access to the system (staging/repository) and a contact person for quick questions. We sort out the rest in the kickoff.
10Who owns the resulting code?
You do. Repository, access and documentation are fully handed over after every sprint — no lock-in.
Why a sprint is a safe bet.
The audit is fully credited against your next order.
The audit sprint is effectively risk-free: book a build or multi-sprint afterwards and we deduct the audit fee.
4-week warranty on every build sprint.
If a bug shows up in the delivered feature after launch, we fix it — no new invoice.
Code, repo and access are yours.
Full handover after every sprint. You decide after each sprint whether to continue — no minimum term.
