02Maintenance on a live shop — does that work?

Yes. We have a zero-downtime maintenance workflow: updates on staging, live switch in fractions of a second. No orders get lost.

03Do you take over existing shops?

04What if a payment provider goes down?

In the Studio plan, response < 1 h. We activate a backup gateway or switch temporarily to bank transfer until the primary is back online.
