Systems that finally talk to each other.
Siloed tools cost time daily: maintaining data twice, exporting, importing. In the retainer we connect your systems cleanly — step by step as the need grows. From 600 €/month on the retainer.
No more copy-paste between tools.
A clean integration saves hours of manual work and avoids errors. We build via official APIs and webhooks — robust, traceable and GDPR-compliant.
- Connect CRM, ERP, payment, shipping, PIM and mail
- REST APIs and webhooks instead of fragile hacks
- Even without an official API: a clean intermediate layer
- GDPR-compliant, with clear data boundaries
- Monitoring & retry: failures get noticed, not missed

Which route for what.
We pick the most robust method the target system allows — and build in monitoring & retry.
What we connect.
Securely connected — signed & idempotent.
Common questions about integrations.
01Which systems can you connect?
Practically anything with an API or webhooks: CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce), shop (WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopware), payment (Stripe, PayPal, SEPA), ERP/inventory, shipping (DHL, DPD), PIM and mail. In the audit we check the concrete feasibility for your tools.
02What if a system has no official API?
Then we build a clean intermediate layer — via regular file/SFTP exports, direct (read-only) DB access or, as a last resort, browser automation. Always with clear boundaries and monitoring, more robust than manual double entry.
03Why do idempotency and retry matter?
Webhook providers often send the same event multiple times. Without an idempotency check an order could be created twice, for example. We remember each event ID and process it exactly once; failed deliveries are retried with backoff instead of being lost.
04How secure and GDPR-compliant is the integration?
We transfer only the necessary fields, secure access with encryption, verify signatures and log deliveries. Where personal data flows to a third party, we sort out the required data-processing agreement (DPA).
05What happens if the target system goes down?
The connection is built for outages: requests are held in a queue and re-delivered with exponential backoff. If it stays down, the job lands in a dead-letter queue with an alert — no silent data loss.
What might still hold you back.
01Can older or proprietary systems be connected too?
Usually yes — via APIs, and where there are none, via pragmatic routes. We wrap away each system's quirks instead of rebuilding your existing setup.
02Do we have to integrate everything at once?
No. On the retainer we connect system by system as the need grows — you spread effort and risk instead of taking on a big-bang project.
03What if an external interface changes?
That's exactly what the retainer covers: if an API changes, we adjust the adapter before anything silently breaks — monitoring flags outages early.
04Am I tied to the retainer?
No. Cancellable monthly. You stay because the systems finally talk to each other — not because of a contract.
